Overview

The report expanded its ESG reporting boundary to 52 Guangzhou projects in 2017 and highlighted 16 buildings receiving the Chinese Green Building Evaluation Label or LEED certification. It also described recruitment and training initiatives, including R&F Star and programs with Tsinghua University. Community investment included nearly 10 activities, about RMB14.12 million in donations, and approximately 200 volunteering hours.
