Overview

The report is Guoquan Food's first ESG report and covers the Company and its subsidiaries for 2023. It presents a Board-led ESG governance structure, stakeholder engagement and a materiality assessment identifying 24 material issues. Environmental disclosures report 9,761.82 tCO2e of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and total energy consumption of 2,980.06 tons of standard coal equivalent, alongside a 5% GHG emission intensity reduction target by 2032 from a 2022 baseline. Social disclosures include 2,045 employees and zero work-related fatalities.
