Overview

The report presents GXO's 2025 progress across emissions, energy, waste, workforce development, safety, belonging and governance. It reports a 21.5% absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions reduction from its updated 2022 baseline, 22% renewable electricity and an 80% global landfill diversion rate. GXO also conducted its inaugural CSRD-aligned double materiality assessment and delivered more than 1.7 million learning hours. The report's 2025 data incorporates the acquisition of Wincanton.
