Overview

The report covers the Group's 2016 environmental, social and governance activities, including environmental policies, energy and water consumption, waste handling, workplace safety, training and community programs. It reports 97,524.1 ('000 Kwh) of electricity consumption, 485,647 m3 of natural gas consumption and 680.0 ('000 (tonns)) of water consumption. The workforce totaled approximately 5,140 employees at 31 December 2016, while training reached 39,266 total hours and 7.6 average hours per staff. The Group also describes its Environmental Protection Division, pollution-control measures and Zhejiang Haitian Charity Foundation activities.
