Overview

The report describes HPL's FY 2024-25 ESG approach across HPL and subsidiary AdPerma, covering environmental, social, and governance performance. It reports 18,71,976 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 23,910 tCO2e of Scope 2 emissions, and 28,778 TJ of total energy consumption. The report also discloses 15,422,327 Kilolitres of water consumption, 3,255 MT of total waste generated, and a total HPL workforce of 2,316. CSR initiatives, including education, healthcare, livelihoods, and women's empowerment, benefited 1,43,435 people during the year.
