Overview

The report presents Hallstar's 2023 sustainability program through five pillars spanning employee wellbeing, ethical practices, stakeholder engagement, environmental stewardship and sustainable products. The company reports 9,640 tons CO2e of Scope 1 emissions and 1,364 tons CO2e of Scope 2 emissions, while renewable electricity represented 41%. Safety results included zero process safety events and two recordable work-related injuries, and 100% of employees completed harassment/discrimination training. Hallstar also reports no employee ethics-violation reports and describes a materiality assessment that informed the five-pillar strategy.
