Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents Halma's sustainability priorities across health and safety, employee development, human rights, ethics and environmental management. For 2015/16, it reports 32,921 global tonnes of gross CO2e emissions, including Scope 1, Scope 2 and selected Scope 3 sources, and a further 10% carbon-intensity reduction target for the period to March 2019. It also reports no work-related fatalities and provides group diversity data, including three women among nine board directors.
