The report describes Hammerson's 2023 progress across climate, social value and governance. Like-for-like GHG emissions fell to 6,842 tCO2e, down 13.4% from 2022 and 35.4% from 2019. The company delivered £2,459,470 of social value investment and supported 234 charities, organisations and groups. ESG oversight is led by the Board, with the Audit Committee and executive committees supporting climate-risk and ESG management.
