Overview

The report presents Hammerson's 2024 ESG performance across climate, nature, social value and governance. It reports like-for-like GHG emissions reductions of 8.3% year on year and 43.1% against the 2019 baseline, alongside a Net Zero carbon target for 2030. Social value delivery included £3.5m of investment, support for 267 organisations and 1,981 colleague volunteering hours. Global GHG emissions and associated energy usage were subject to BDO's limited assurance under ISAE 3410.
