ESG Report

Overview

The report is HPS's first formal ESG report, presenting its 2022 environmental, social and governance program. It describes a formal materiality assessment informed by GRI and SASB references and maps nine critical ESG topics to SDGs. Environmental highlights include 5,958 tCO2 e of reported Scope 1-3 emissions, 16,957 m3 of water consumption, and waste diversion efforts involving landfill and recycled waste. Governance and social sections also outline board communications, sustainability oversight, safety programs and employee initiatives.
