Overview

The report highlights Harbin Bank's 2020 response to COVID-19, including more than RMB900 million of income ceded to the real economy and RMB5 million donated to hospitals. It describes RMB478 million of calibrated poverty-alleviation loans issued from 2018 to 2020 to help nearly 10,000 households.
