Overview

The report introduces Hartshead's first dedicated ESG Report, built around an ESG strategy with three pillars: Environmental Stewardship, Partner of Choice, and Strong Governance. It describes a GRI 11-based materiality assessment involving internal subject-matter experts and external advisers, followed by alignment with selected UN Sustainable Development Goals. The report also sets out a phased roadmap for initial TCFD disclosures, measurable targets, data collection, and later expansion of TCFD and GRI reporting as the business develops.
