Overview

The report introduces Harvey Norman's first Sustainability framework, organized around People, Places and Products, following a detailed materiality assessment. The Board established an Executive Sustainability Committee to oversee the framework. FY22 workforce disclosure records 6,627 global employees and 45% women, while solar arrays generated 6,848 MWh of electricity and abated approximately 5,613 tonnes of CO2e. The report also describes waste-diversion and community initiatives across the company's operating markets.
