Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes Hastings Group's 2023 sustainability activity across colleagues, customers, communities, environment and responsible operations. It reports a total organisational footprint of 2,550 tCO2e, comprising 166 tCO2e Scope 1, 245 tCO2e Scope 2 and 2139 tCO2e Scope 3, while maintaining CarbonNeutral certification and pursuing a 2050 net-zero goal. Community activity included support for 63 causes, £78,000 in donations, more than £44,000 raised and almost 10,000 volunteer hours. Hastings also reports renewable electricity across UK sites, green repair parts and continued inclusion and wellbeing programmes.
