Corporate Responsibility Report

Overview

The report describes Hays' 2012 corporate responsibility progress across employees, environment, community, ethics and supply chain. Group GHG emissions were 13,377 tonnes of CO2e, while female employees represented 61% of the workforce and women 22% of the plc Board. Hays raised £298,000 for good causes and launched a global supplier code of conduct and Switch it Off campaign. The emissions survey covered 30 countries and 81% of Group office space and was validated by Trucost.
