Overview

The report presents HDFC Life's first Integrated Annual Report, linking financial and non-financial performance through a five-pillar ESG strategy. The company became a signatory to the UN-supported Principles for Responsible Investment and reported 22,059 employees, including 26% women. Environmental actions included LED lighting across 94% of branches, recycling 25.8 tonnes of e-waste, purchasing 2,39,788 kWh from renewable sources, and planting 69,603 trees.
