Overview

The report presents Heathrow 2.0: Connecting People and Planet, refreshed and launched in February 2022, as its central sustainability strategy. It reports a 2022 carbon footprint of 14,764,810 tonnes CO2e and limited assurance by Bureau Veritas. Aviation decarbonisation remains a major focus, including a target for airlines to use 11% SAF by 2030 and commitments covering 76.4% of Heathrow flights.
