Overview

The report describes Helaba's 2025 performance across a consolidated Annual Report and a full Group Sustainability Report prepared in accordance with ESRS. It applies double materiality and reports extensive climate, energy, social and governance disclosures. The Group states that own-operations CO2 emissions fell 37.3% by 31 December 2025, exceeding the 30% target, while total energy consumption was 468,284 MWh and renewable energy represented 17.0%. It also reports a 2030 Scope 1 and 2 reduction target and continued expansion of sustainable lending and transition-finance activities.
