Overview

The report presents Helia's three-pillar sustainability strategy covering financial wellbeing, climate resilience and corporate citizenship. It reports a 50% scope 1 and 2 emissions reduction ambition by 2030 and a carbon-neutral ambition by 2050. It also reports 232 employees, 43.48% women in management, 50% board gender equality, and zero fatalities in 2022.
