Sustainability Performance Report

Overview

The report describes Helical's 2021 sustainability performance across its managed and development portfolio, including 860 tonnes CO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 1,333 tonnes CO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions and 1,995 tonnes CO2e of Scope 3 emissions. It reports a company target to reduce combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 25% by 2025 against a 2019 base year. Avieco independently provided limited verification of the reported emissions, energy, water and waste indicators.
