The report describes HelloFresh's 2020 sustainability performance across Planet, People and Community. It reports €3,749.9 M in revenue, 96,310 tonnes of CO2e, 54.0 GWH of operational energy and 10% renewable energy. HelloFresh says it became the first global carbon-neutral meal kit company by offsetting direct emissions, and set 2022 targets to reduce production-emissions intensity by 60% and food-waste intensity by 50% from 2019. It also details its materiality assessment, ESG oversight, ethical trading policy and COVID-19 workforce measures.
