Overview

The report describes progress on the fund's sustainability goals, maintaining 90 percent REIDA coverage and advancing PV and heat-pump projects. It sets a net-zero greenhouse-gas target for 2050 and reports 2023 energy data showing 16 500 MWh/a of consumption excluding tenant electricity and 21.9% renewable energy. A first ESG-focused tenant survey was completed, while the PRI report was compiled for the first time in 2024.
