Overview

The report describes HICL’s responsible investment approach through the Investment Adviser’s PRI-backed ESG processes and portfolio-company oversight. It reports 28 RI/ESG KPIs, a 96% survey response rate for 2018, and 56% of surveyed investments receiving four- or five-star ratings. The report also records that 14% of the Board were women at 31 March 2019, while portfolio initiatives included environmental, social, and health and safety activities.
