Overview

The report describes HighCo's resilience during the 2020 health and economic crisis, supported by continued digital transformation and a 67.3% digital share of Group activity. It reports 590 employees at year-end and continued focus on training, equality, teleworking, and employee well-being. Energy consumption fell 14.9% to 1 257 MWh, while combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions declined to 274 tCO2e. HighCo also reaffirmed its long-standing commitment to the UN Global Compact and its annual Communication on Progress.
