The report covers FY2015-16, when the company recorded turnover of Rs.2235.54 lakhs, down from Rs.3228.30 lakhs, and a net loss of Rs.(687.98) lakhs. It attributes pressure to delayed defence orders and materials, liquidity constraints and losses in the Lead Acid Batteries division, while noting substantial Silver Zinc orders.
