Overview

The report describes Hilti's progress toward CO2 neutrality in its own operations, while expanding its ambition to address Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions through SBTi and a net-zero-by-2050 commitment. It reports 2022 improvements in employee safety, including a lower lost time incident rate, and workforce growth to 32,487 employees. Social impact activities supported more than 600 volunteering projects with 9,145 team members, alongside CHF 47.1 million of Hilti Foundation investments.
