Overview

The report presents Hologic's 2021 sustainability progress through its purpose of enabling healthier lives, the Hologic Global Women's Health Index and Project Health Equality, a more-than-$20 million initiative addressing healthcare disparities for Black and Hispanic women. It reports 6,705 global employees and 43% women in the total company, while introducing a 30% reduction target for Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030. The report also discloses 51,284 MWh of electricity, 157,632 Cubic Meters of water and solid and regulated waste indicators.
