The report shows how the company responded to Covid-19 through repayment support for 4.4 million customers globally and USD 4.2 million of donated PPE and logistics. It also describes extensive financial and digital literacy initiatives, including educational content reaching more than 65 million people. During 2020, Home Credit formalised its ESG approach through a Group ESG Policy and established 146 metrics across 13 monitoring areas. The report further highlights Group-wide efforts in employee wellbeing, diversity and digital empowerment.
