Overview

The report presents HomeServe EMEA's 2025 Responsible Business Strategy across home efficiency, local communities, workforce, customers, and governance. It reports 18,939 tCO2e of combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions and sets 2034 carbon-reduction targets of 34% across sites and fleet and 63% per product installed. It also describes Board climate oversight, carbon-accounting improvements, and community support, including £3,815 raised for Alzheimer's Society.
