Overview

The report covers the Group's 2021 ESG performance from 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021. It reports 14,761 employees, 23,045 training hours and no work-related fatalities, alongside a materiality assessment and Board-led ESG risk management structure. Environmental performance includes 18,606,788 kWh of total energy consumption, 4,899.90 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 80.91 tCO2e of Scope 2 emissions and 42.42 tCO2e of Scope 3 emissions. The Group also reports ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accreditations and describes climate-related risk countermeasures.
