Overview

The report describes the Group's first ESG materiality assessment and the establishment of an ESG Committee and Sustainability Working Group to oversee ESG implementation. It highlights the Social, Green and Sustainability Financing Framework and the issuance of the Group's inaugural social bond, comprising HKD 8 billion and CNH 3 billion tranches.
