Overview

The report presents the Group's FY2016 financial and CSR performance, with a focus on empowering underserved communities and embedding sustainability into its businesses. It reports RM6,834,370 in foundation expenditure, benefiting 86 organisations and 3,430 individuals. Education remained a priority: the foundation had awarded more than RM28.9 million to 909 scholars and disbursed RM2.5 million to 112 youths during the year. Environmental efforts included a group-wide technology recycling programme that recreated 76 usable electronic items from recycled parts.
