Overview

The report is the Group's fourth sustainability report and covers environmental, social and governance activities during 2018. It describes a materiality assessment based on an online survey of more than 800 stakeholders and identifies 23 ESG topics. Highlights include 85,999 tonnes CO2e of Scope 1 and 2 emissions, 105,636,036 kWh of indirect energy consumption, and a workforce of 9,576 employees. The Group also reports anti-corruption controls, green-building initiatives, customer-service channels, and HK$121,809,000 of charitable donations.
