Corporate Social Responsibility Report

Overview

The report describes Horizon's 2021 focus on diversity, inclusion and community banking. Women represented 77% of the 917-person workforce at year-end, while Advisor Resource Groups were launched for LGBTQ+, Women and Minorities. Horizon provided approximately $750,000 in grants to more than 200 organizations and $22.5 million in financing for SOLCAP renewable-energy projects.
