Overview

The report presents Horizon's first three-year ESG Action Plan and reports its second-year alignment with TCFD recommendations and participation in CDP. It reports FY2021 gross Scope 1 emissions of 40,955 tCO2e, Scope 2 of 25 tCO2e and Scope 3 of 574,878 tCO2e, excluding offsets. Workforce data show 43.75% women, while women directors represented 16.7% (one of six).
