Overview

The report presents FY2023-24 as a year of strong operational growth, with record loan sanctions of Rs. 82,386.55 Crore, disbursements of Rs. 17,987.03 Crore and net profit of Rs. 2,116.74 Crore. HUDCO was awarded Navratna status in April 2024 and subsequently reported its move toward NBFC-IFC status. CSR spending totaled Rs. 46.84 Crore across health, nutrition, sanitation, education and related projects. The workforce stood at 621 employees, including 192 women.
