Overview

The report describes HOYER's 2022 sustainability strategy across environmental, social and governance priorities. It reports 363,624 tonnes CO2 of total GHG emissions and highlights 2,018 tonnes of combined CO2 savings from biofuel use and green-electricity measures. Social highlights include 6,627 employees, more than 250 participants in leadership and sales training, and 28% women in leadership positions. Governance developments include a first Supplier Code of Conduct and an operating whistleblower system.
