Overview

The report presents HOYER's 2024 carbon footprint as 402,995 tonnes CO2e WTW, comprising 83,604 tonnes Scope 1, 4,725 tonnes Scope 2 and 314,666 tonnes Scope 3. It reports 372,025 MWh of total energy consumption and zero fatalities from work-related injuries and ill health. Women represented 30% of leadership roles. HOYER regularly conducts a double materiality assessment and is SBTi committed, although its target was not yet approved.
