Overview

The report presents HSBC China's 2022 sustainability activity across environmental, social and governance themes. It highlights HSBC Group's net-zero goals, including a 2030 target for its own operations and supply chain, alongside a reported 58.5% reduction in operational greenhouse-gas emissions from the 2019 baseline and renewable electricity use of 48.3%. It reports more than RMB 6,800 ten-thousand yuan in mainland-China charitable donations, 23 projects and more than 4,800 activities.
