Overview

The report describes hSenidBiz's FY23 performance as it continued expanding its HCM software business across APAC and MEA. Consolidated revenue was Rs. 1,464,368,120 and the workforce reached 370 employees as of 31 March 2023. It reports implemented environmental practices including paperless operations, remote collaboration and sustainable software development, as well as ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO/IEC 27017:2015 certifications. Community initiatives included sponsorships for schoolchildren, meals for low-income communities and the Open Closet project for women.
