Overview

The report describes the Group’s 2024 ESG governance as Board-led, with the Board holding overall responsibility for ESG issues and a Taskforce supporting implementation. It reports total Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions of 14.79 tCO2e, alongside resource-use and waste disclosures. The Group had 25 full-time employees at 31 March 2024 and conducted a materiality assessment for the Reporting Period.
