Overview

The report presents FY2025 financial performance alongside a dedicated ESG report covering the Group's two main wholly-owned operating subsidiaries. It reports consolidated gross greenhouse gas emissions of 3,579.12 tonnes, including 3,520.01 tonnes of Scope 1 and 59.11 tonnes of Scope 3 emissions. The Board has set a 0.2% total-emissions reduction target for 2026 against the 2025 baseline, while no net-zero target is currently planned.
