Overview

The report presents Hufvudstaden's first sustainability report under the GRI Standards Core level and adds EPRA-based sustainability performance measures. It reports 50,055 MWh of normal-year-adjusted energy consumption, Scope 1 emissions of 265 tonnes and Scope 2 emissions of 1,368 tonnes. The workforce totaled 134 employees at year-end, with no work-related fatalities reported during 2018.
