Overview

The report describes Hufvudstaden's sustainability work across climate, governance and reporting. Energy use per square metre fell 17 per cent from 2019, while the Group reported 6,293 tonnes CO2e of combined Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions for 2024. The Board monitored and approved sustainability reporting, and the company conducted a double materiality assessment in preparation for new reporting requirements. The report also presents GRI-aligned sustainability notes, EU Taxonomy disclosures and limited external assurance.
