Overview

The report covers Hui Xian REIT's five-asset portfolio and a four-pillar sustainability strategy spanning ethical business, environment, community and workplace. For 2018, all assets consumed 557,430 GJ of energy and emitted 79,780 tonnes CO2e, while total water consumption was 1,545,855 m3. The ESG report identifies board responsibility for ESG strategy and reporting and reports 1,306 employees at year-end. It also describes environmental efficiency, anti-corruption, sustainable procurement, workplace programs and community donations.
