Overview

The report describes Hürriyet's 2008 “Liberty is our Right/Train is Freedom” human-rights project, which travelled 10,000 kilometers, stopped in 45 cities and reached over 100,000 people. It also reports the fifth year of the “No to Domestic Violence!” campaign, including 12,000 hotline calls and assistance to 4,000 women. The company reports 32,525 training hours delivered to 274 employees.
