Overview

The report describes the Bank's Board-supervised sustainability governance and a Sustainability Committee chaired by the President. For FY2023, it reports Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 4,101 t-CO2, a 58.1% reduction from FY2013, and an interim FY2030 reduction target achieved ahead of schedule. It also reports progress in human capital, including 29.0% females in junior management, alongside a 2050 carbon-neutrality target.
