Overview

The report presents the Group's 2024 ESG governance, with the Board holding ultimate responsibility and an ESG Taskforce supporting data collection and issue prioritisation. Its materiality assessment identifies 14 key concerns, including emissions, use of resources, climate change, labour standards and anti-corruption. At 31 December 2024, the Group reported 38 employees and achieved zero work-related fatalities for the reporting period. Environmental disclosures cover the Hong Kong office, while social data covers Hong Kong and China.
