Overview

The report presents final progress on Hydro-Québec’s Sustainable Development Plan 2020–2024, with 2023 results across governance, workforce inclusion, climate adaptation and biodiversity. It reports 45% of policies and directives incorporating sustainability principles, a 100% implemented employee awareness program, and 21 BOMA BEST-certified targeted buildings. It also records a 7.8% reduction in direct emissions compared with 2018.
