Overview

The report presents the Group’s ESG policies and performance for 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025, covering 95.4% of Group revenue. It reports total GHG emissions of 155,660.33 kilograms CO2-equivalent, with Scope 2 accounting for approximately 71% and Scope 3 driven mainly by business travel. Resource disclosures include 249,121.00 kWh of energy, 268.82 m3 of water and 8.33 tonnes of non-hazardous waste plus 0.015 tonnes of hazardous waste, all reported for Hong Kong operations. The workforce stood at 387 employees at 31 March 2025, while ESG oversight rests with the Board and an ESG Working Group.
